Consent-based, trauma-informed, and embodied approach to healing and well-being through meditation and mindful communication.

I love working with groups in a live setting, whether it is in-person or online, because we are dynamic mirrors of one another. Being in a supportive learning environment with others allows insights to arise from myriad interactions, and it reminds us of our connection to each other and to the more-than-human world.

I regularly lead practice groups, give dharma talks, teach day-longs and meditation classes online. A few times a year, I lead retreats in the wild nature. You can learn more about my upcoming offerings here.

Talks, Classes & Retreats

I offer one-on-one meditation sessions for:

  • folks who want support and accountability to carry their meditation practice seamlessly from the cushion into daily life

  • folks who want to turn toward social justice issues and the environmental crisis with embodied integrity and confidence

  • folks who seek to develop both relational, communication skills as well as deep meditative insights

  • folks who are interested in a consent-based, trauma-informed, and embodied approach to healing and well-being

Practitioner Bill of Rights

I’m deeply inspired by the Yoga Student Bill of Rights at Full Circle Yoga and Therapy in Salt Lake City, UT. I’ve adapted them for my practice and spaces where I facilitate and teach.

You have the right to:

  • Be here. No matter your age, race, faith, gender, orientation, etc.

  • Determine if, when, and how anyone touches you, in-person or energetically.

  • Feel whatever you are feeling, when you are feeling it.

  • Be spoken to with kindness and respect.

  • Practice free of judgment: yours, ours, and theirs.

  • Be in charge of your practice. Please turn video off, step out, take a break, use the restroom, or get a drink, as you need.

  • Ask; anything, anytime, of anyone.

I honor your rights in our shared space. If you have feedback, suggestions or concerns on my accountability, I want to hear it here.

“The heart of justice is truth telling, seeing ourselves and the world the way it is rather than the way we want it to be.”
